Physical Bank Card Verification

1. Take photos of your card. To verify your bank card, please take two clear photographs — one of the front and one of the back. Please note that we only accept original photographs; scans and photocopies are not permitted.

Ensure the following details are clearly visible in the images:

  • All four corners of the card.
  • Card number
  • Cardholder’s name.
  • Expiration date

Important: For your security, please cover or mask the CVV code.

If your card does not display your name, please provide an official, bank-stamped document showing your full name and the card number. Alternatively, you may submit an online banking screenshot that clearly shows your full name and card number.

Please note that cards issued to third parties cannot be verified. The cardholder’s name must match the name registered in your AMarkets Personal Area.

If you have a non-personalized card, provide either:

  • A bank statement with the bank’s seal, displaying your personal information and card number, or
  • An online banking screenshot showing the last 4 digits of the card number and your full name.

2. Upload your files. Upload the photographs to the Payment methods section, located under the Finance menu.

Verification of a Virtual Card

1. Take a screenshot. To verify a virtual card, take a screenshot of your online banking profile showing the last 4 digits of the card number, your full name, and the expiration date.

If your virtual card is not labeled as ‘Virtual’ in your account, verify ownership by providing a bank statement with your full name, the last 4 digits of the card number, the expiration date, and the bank’s seal.

Important: Cards belonging to third parties cannot be verified. The cardholder’s name must match the name registered in your AMarkets Personal Area.

2. Upload files. Upload the screenshot in the Payment method verification section under the Finance menu.

 

 

Volet Account Verification

1. Log in. Use your username and password to log into your Volet account.

2. Personal info. Go to the Personal Info tab. Ensure your full name, account verification icon, account numbers, address, phone number, and email are visible. Your full name and phone number must match the data in your AMarkets Personal Area.

3. Screenshot. Take a screenshot of this tab and save it.

4. Upload files. Upload the screenshot in the Payment method verification section under the Finance menu.
 

M10 Verification

1. Log in. Use your username and password to log into your M10 account.

2. Screenshots. Take screenshots of the page «Personal details» showing your full name, verification icon, phone number, and email. Ensure that your full name and phone number match the data in your AMarkets Personal Area.

4. Upload files. Upload the screenshot in the Payment method verification section under the Finance menu.
